Elbow
Pain
On
the outside or the lateral part of the elbow where the wrist extensor
muscles are attached is the lateral epicondyle bone. When this area
is tender, it is more commonly known as “tennis elbow”
because tennis players extend their wrists with more force than
golfers. Golfers get tennis elbow more often than they get golfer’s
elbow. Once you learn how to execute the body friendly swing outlined
the Body Friendly Golf book, you will take the pressure
off the elbow and wrists.
