want to teach proper rotational skills. That means we train to get
stability in the glutes and hip stabilizers. We also want to get
flexibility in the hips so that the rotational movement comes from
the hips as well as the spine. We also need to strengthen the torso/core.
This will stabilize the spine and prevent injury as well as give
more strength to the rotational movement.
